Local legend Count Gore De Vol (aka Dick Dyszel) returns from his crypt to host the
presentation of this horror classic. In the spirit of Channel 20’s original CREATURE FEATURE
broadcasts, this special presentation will feature the Count hosting on stage, with interactive
intermissions and lots of ghoulish good fun and surprises in store. Co-presented with the

Filmmaker Jean-Philippe Tremblay delves deeper into questions of how the interests of corporate
media, global corporations and the U.S. government intersect, and the high costs paid by
journalists who have run afoul of these powerful interests. Examining how certain stories are
sold or suppressed, this documentary asks probing questions about who chooses the news that
reaches the public.

“Romeo and Juliet,” perhaps the greatest love story of all time, returns to Broadway for the first time
in 36 years with star Orlando Bloom, who rose to fame in the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN,
LORD OF THE RINGS and HOBBIT films. Bloom makes his Broadway debut opposite the
Tony-nominated Condola Rashad (“A Trip to Bountiful,” “Stick Fly”). This production, which retains
Shakespeare's language while moving the setting to the modern day, also stars Justin Guarini
(AMERICAN IDOL, “American Idiot”) and Christian Camargo (DEXTER, TWILIGHT: BREAKING
DAWN PARTS 1 and 2). This stunningly modern stage production is directed by five-time Tony
nominee David Leveaux. The acclaimed cast includes Tony Award winners Brent Carver (“Kiss
of the Spider Woman”), Chuck Cooper (“The Life”) and two-time Tony Award nominee Jayne
Houdyshell (“Follies”).

In the wake of the Vatican II reforms of the 1960s, which modernized Catholic practice and
called on the religious to serve where there is the greatest need, American nuns took it upon
themselves to put word into action, coming out of the cloister and engaging with the world. This
documentary tells the too-little-told, imperfectly understood story of this remarkable transformation.
Profiling a range of forward-thinking, hard-working, innovative and inspiring nuns, sisters on
the front lines of issues ranging from low-income housing and health care, immigration reform,
alternative medicine, environmentalism and organic farming, not to mention a myriad of social
justice campaigns and advocating on behalf of women’s role in the church, this engaging film
will enlighten the mind and move the heart.
